A process that allows to obtain a recycled polymer with quality and purity comparable to virgin is possible.

SMC Technology is a consolidated partner of Costruzioni Meccaniche Luigi Bandera SpA for which it collaborates in the construction of the PURe plants.
Starting from post-consumer PET flakes, in combination with the consolidated twin-screw extrusion process, the new PURe technology offers highly efficient pre-treatment for the production of material suitable for direct contact with food (Pet food grade)

The Bandera Team will be happy to welcome customers and test their PET flakes, to show the PURe technology and we are happy to contribute to effectively reduce environmental impact.
